Join the respected UCO jazz faculty for a jam-packed week designed to get YOU playing jazz! Participate daily in combos, instrumental master-classes, improvisation & theory sessions, jazz history presentations, big band reading sessions, and student jam sessions in a fun and relaxed environment. Open to all instrumentalists age 14 and up. Space will be limited. $300 tuition fee includes two group meals and an official camp t-shirt. Convenient on-campus UCO housing is available with rates starting at $35 per night double occupancy. (Please note a separate housing application must be filled out.) Placement auditions will be held on Sunday June 25, 2017 starting at 5PM in the UCO Jazz Lab.
Please note placement auditions are only intended to group students into appropriate combos based on ability level. Every student is guaranteed full participation once application and tuition payment have been processed.

** Throughout the week, transportation will be provided as needed between the School of Music building on the main campus and the UCO Jazz Lab. Students under the age of 18 staying in the dorms will be supervised by a responsible adult camp counselor. It is NOT necessary to stay in the dorms, but is the most affordable option for most out of town participants. Rates start at only $35 per night double occupancy.
